CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel your order you must state your intention to do so in writing, via our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make every effort to process orders immediately, thus it may not always be possible to cancel an order in time, particularly if it has already been dispatched.
In this instance please return the order following the returns instructions contained in the parcel, or please refer to our Returns Policy.
While we hope that you love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a full refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in the original packaging. We can only issue refunds on items that are returned to us within 7 days of receipt within the UK and 14 days of international receipt.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
We do not exclude or limit our liability or the liability of any other person for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence- or from their negligence. Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Any payment information you provide is stored by the payment gateway provider, Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification and maintains strict administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect information stored in it’s servers, which are located in the United States. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials and software systems) to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. They use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the information as well as data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in the UK and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
