RETURNS

Customer service is of the utmost importance to us at Ellipsus. Your confidence in us, the service we provide and the excellent quality of our products is our number one priority.  Whilst we hope you love your purchase, we also understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Follow the instructions enclosed with your parcel, or have a look below for our easy returns policy!

In the event of a return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in it’s original packaging with all the original labeling attached within 7 days (UK), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. Returns received after the 7 or 14 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Ellipsus. You must include the original receipt that we enclosed with your purchase. For your convenience, please attach the enclosed returns address label to the outside of your parcel. Please note, this is not a pre-paid postage label.

New and unused means there are no marks or signs of wear on the item or the tags, and the item has been returned to us in a saleable condition.  Ellipsus will not accept any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or had tags removed. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us via our contact form on the same day if they wish to return.

Ellipsus will be happy to refund you the amount that you paid for the item but will not refund you the postage of those items to or from our studio.

We cannot offer exchanges just yet unfortunately, so if you require an alternative size/colour then please return your current purchase and place a new order.

You will receive an email letting you know we have received your returned goods and are processing them. Please allow 5-10 days from receipt of your returned goods back to our studio to receive your refund.
